Be interested in your thoughts on this image, I'm not sure if it works or not. It was taken along the Walsall Canal on a cold and very gray day, I had some time to kill so armed with the camera I took a walk down this stretch of basically very run down industrial wasteland. Given the subject matter I set the camera to monochrome and took a series of images documenting the area, I was drawn to this particular shot with the three people walking the dog which added that bit of human interest.
Interesting shot. Mono seems to suit it, plus yes important to include people. I feel it's true to the setting and well executed, not sure if it has sufficient interest but if you consider it on documentary rather than pictorial grounds then pretty good I reckon.
I like this, especially the reflection of the fence, and the framing of the various trees is great with no overlapping but not excessive gaps beween them, filling the whole image with something interesting.
