Fantastic detail on the leaf, love the out of focus foreground. Would lightening the ant a little highlight it and help to separate it from the background?
Great detail in the ant Dave and it really shows the strength of these insects, great use of DOF and with the uncluttered background, my only thought would suggest a different crop to bring the ant more to the right hand side of the image.
