A recent event at Prescott. These vintage vehicles do not travel that fast so it is hard to show speed. Also there is rather a clutter of people around but it is also hard to exclude people, if you photgraph at and interesting bend.

Just some opinions obviously can be taken or left depending on preferences -
In my opinion, this is a nice capture and in this case for me the people add not subtract. The main thing is it seems obvious you were battling harsh light on that day - whether anything could be done about that I don't know but the overall image seems dark but with some very bright highlights especially by the driver's shoulder - I have experienced the same thing in this recent sunny weather and realised compromise is necessary even after altering shadows and highlights sliders. The lettering in the banner behind the driver draws my eye, I'd probably clone that out but it depends what you like obviously. No sense of speed as you say but the details on the car are well captured which seems effective here.
