Inside a build-in-progress in the only traditional boatbuilder's yard left in Muscat, Oman. This man had finished posing for us working outside a few mins earlier. We went inside and he suddenly appeared, coming down the ladder to go below deck and get on with this work. 'Stop!' I shouted (to the concern of another grouop of tourists). Stay there! I loved the light coming in from top left (it was very bright, I have toned it down but deliberately left it as the brightest part of the image), and the whalebone structure.
Excellent pose and lighting. The Boatbuilder also comes across as professional and confident. I would be happy to sail in one of his boats. Well Done!
